By using the site or joining the program, you agree to these terms.

Menu items, prices, hours and other details on this site are provided for information and may change without notice. Reservations are confirmed only by the restaurant directly. Content on this site, including text, photos and logos, belongs to Limoncello and may not be copied without permission.

Promotions program — email

If you opt in to email, you agree to receive recurring marketing emails such as offers, seasonal menus and event news. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly.

• Program: Limoncello Insiders marketing text messages (promotions, offers and event news).
• Consent: By checking the text-message box, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Limoncello at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder (or have the account holder's permission) for the phone number you provide.

Offers

Promotions are subject to the terms stated in each offer, may be limited in time or quantity, are valid only at participating locations, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. Alcohol-related offers are only for guests 21 and older with valid ID.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You and Limoncello each agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website or the promotions program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each of us consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The text-message program also follows the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
